Wire & Cable harnesses

Wire & Cable harnesses

We put a lot of effort into minimizing the labour time and ensuring the quality of complex cable harnesses. All wires and cables are fully automatically cut to length and stripped, both jacket and inner wires. At the same time, the terminals are crimped in place and inkjet marking is applied to the wires. As a result of integrated quality control on our fully-automatic machines, every crimp meets the most stringent specifications.

Then prefabricated modules are assembled on specially designed wiring boards to form complete cable harnesses. Final bundling is performed by an automatic tool that applies nylon cable ties. On the wiring board, all the connectors and other connecting points are checked by an electronic tester, so every cable harness is delivered with a guaranteed, consistent level of quality.

Connector assemblies

For obvious reasons, a well balanced choice out of our extensive connector assortment is a matter of major concern.
We would be pleased to assist you with advice and samples.
Our production methods drastically reduce manual labour time.
Our fully automated equipment cuts multi-conductor cable to the desired length, removes the outer sheath and coils the cable in a single cycle. Then the inner conductors are stripped and simultaneously fitted with crimped terminals using electronic presses with integrated quality control.

Overmolding of cabled connectors, printed circuit boards and components

Overmolding is an injection molding process in which a connector,
a printed circuit board or a component is placed into a mold to be encapsulated by a thermoplastic mantle or layer. In our production we use low and high pressure overmolding. Low pressure overmolding works with low viscosity materials (like polyamide or polyolefin). Ideal for overmolding sensitive parts like printed circuit boards. High pressure overmolding allows the use of higher viscosity materials like polyurethane.
