Wij zijn AVT Wiring & Connecting: een pragmatisch familiebedrijf met zo’n 90 collega’s. Al 70 jaar maken we totaaloplossingen in elektrische verbindingen voor industriële klanten.

We are AVT Wiring & Connecting: a pragmatic family business with around 90 colleagues. For 70 years, we have been delivering total solutions in electrical connections for industrial clients.

- You are responsible for HR policy and corresponding HR tools and processes, and ensure their integration within the organization;
- Je zorgt voor HR beleid en bijpassende HR instrumenten en processen en borgt deze binnen de organisatie;
- You are passionate about developing our people and organize education and training programs;
- Je bent gepassioneerd om onze mensen in ontwikkeling te brengen en organiseert opleidingen en trainingen;
- You manage the HR (junior HR advisor), Facilities (1) and Reception (2 colleagues) departments;
- Je stuurt de afdelingen HR ( junior HR adviseur), Facilitair (1) en Receptie (2 collega’s) aan;
- You act as a sparring partner and provide both solicited and unsolicited advice across the full breadth of the HR field to management, supervisors and employees
- Je bent sparringpartner en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies binnen het brede en volledige vakgebied van HR aan de directie, leidinggevenden en medewerkers
- Together with your HR colleague, you own the entire onboarding process. From writing the job description and utilizing the right channels to guiding applications and rolling out the red carpet;
- Je bent samen met je HR-collega eigenaar van het gehele onboarding proces. Van het schrijven van de vacature, het inzetten van de juiste kanalen, het begeleiden van de sollicitaties tot het uitleggen van de rode loper;
- You play an active role in the absenteeism policy and keep both us and our absenteeism partner sharp in special or complex situations;
- Je speelt een actieve rol in het verzuimbeleid en houd ons en onze verzuimpartner scherp bij bijzondere situaties;
- Together with your HR colleague, you manage and fully take care of all aspects of personnel administration.
- Je verzorgt en ontzorgt ons samen met je HR collega volledig op het gebied van alle voorkomende personeelsadministratie.

Wij vragen: We ask:
- You are a (senior) HR advisor ready to take the next step in your career
- Je bent een (senior) HR adviseur die toe is aan de volgende stap
- You have a bachelor's degree in HRM and at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the HR field
- Je hebt een HBO opleiding op het gebied van HRM met minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in het HR vakgebied
