In de rol van assistent controller ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de gehele boekhouding van het concern. Een goede sfeer op de werkvloer is bij ons een must. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je energiek en positief bent. Ook al zijn werkdagen soms hectisch, jij weet je hoofd koel te houden. Daarnaast zijn betrouwbaar, accuraat, secuur, kritisch en analytisch woorden die jou perfect omschrijven.
As an assistant controller, you share responsibility for the entire finance department. A positive work atmosphere is a must for us, so it’s important that you bring energy and a positive attitude. Even when the workdays get hectic, you know how to keep a cool head. Reliable, accurate, detail-oriented, critical, and analytical — these words describe you perfectly.
Dit ga je doen Tasks
- You share responsibility for the entire financial and administrative process
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het gehele financiële administratieve proces
- You periodically prepare the required management information
- Je bereidt periodiek de benodigde managementinformatie voor
- You are also responsible for VAT returns and various CBS (Statistics Netherlands) reports
- Je zorgt daarnaast voor de aangiften omzetbelasting en de diverse CBS opgaven
- Together with your team, you carry out the monthly planning and control cycle and ensure final budget monitoring
- Met je team voer je de maandelijkse planning en control cyclus uit en zorg je voor de uiteindelijke budgetbewaking
- You annually prepare the necessary documents for the accountant to enable the preparation of the financial statements
- Je zorgt jaarlijks voor de voorbereiding naar de accountant zodat de jaarrekeningen opgesteld kunnen worden

- You’re confident in acquiring and asking for the necessary information
- Je durft nodige informatie eigen te maken én te vragen
- You are eager to grow into a Financial Controller role with a more strategic set of responsibilities
- Je wilt graag doorgroeien naar een functie als Financial Controller, met een meer strategischer takenpakket
Wij vragen: We ask:
- Accounting education (HBO in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent experience)
- Boekhoudkundige opleiding (HBO bedrijfsadministratie / accountancy of door ervaring opgedaan)
- Several years of relevant accounting work experience
- Een aantal jaren relevante boekhoudkundige werkervaring
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord en geschrift
- You are familiar with ERP systems, Power BI, Excel and Word
- Je bent bekend met ERP-systemen, power BI, Excel en Word
